[R_1_8] => The site database includes dictionaries [R_1_9] => and phrase-banks of translations [R_1_10] => between the server reference language [R_1_11] => (English in the prototype) [R_1_12] => and some 300 other languages. [R_1_13] => Users are invited to offer translations [R_1_14] => which will be included in the database. [R_1_15] => New pages or news items will be displayed [R_1_16] => with already "known" translated phrases [R_1_17] => in the selected language, [R_1_18] => while phrases new to the system [R_1_19] => will be rendered in the reference language [R_1_20] => as links into the translation window. [R_10_6] => Organised by the European Parliament [R_10_7] => and the Foundation [R_10_8] => of the International Charlemagne Prize [R_10_9] => of Aachen the [R_10_10] => Charlemagne Youth Prize [R_10_11] => provides funding of € [R_10_12] => 2000 to € [R_10_13] => 5000 for existing projects [R_10_14] => that foster a shared sense [R_10_15] => of European identity and cooperation.  [R_10_16] => The best projects [R_10_17] => from each of the 27 EU Member States [R_10_18] => will be invited to Aachen, [R_10_19] => in Germany, [R_10_20] => on 29 April 2008.
